At ZEROFIT, we want you to be able to shop with confidence. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from our website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

What Happens Next?

So that you receive the replacement goods as soon as possible, we advise that you place another order online as soon as you are aware that you will have to return the original purchase. This will minimize delay rather than having to wait for the goods to reach us and then be processed. Should you choose to use this method you should request a full refund of your original order when you send it back. In the case that you do not wish to place another order and would like a full refund, let us know and we will do this as soon as we receive your order back.

If you would prefer, you may also take the items you wish to return to our store where one of our members of staff will be happy to help. Please ensure that you bring your confirmation email, that you received after you placed your order, as your proof of purchase.

Please note that orders paid for with PayPal can be returned in store for a Gift Card to the value of the item(s) or exchanged for other item(s) available in store. If you would like to return the items that were paid for with PayPal for a full refund, you will need to return them using another method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund to your PayPal account if you return items to a store.

After this a collection will be set up on a day that suits you to return the items to us. * Please note we cannot arrange the time it will be collected (e.g. 11.00-12.00) only the day that it will be collected.

Your goods will have arrived in an outer box please use this to return the parcel and not the inner box. We can only issue a full refund if the product (and packaging) is 100% suitable for resale!

Returning goods that came with a free gift

Any free goods that came with the item you wish to return for a refund should be returned if unused and in its original packaging. If you have used the free gift, then it should be kept, and the value will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you. Free gifts cannot be returned on their own for their original value or exchanged for a gift voucher.

The innovative 2-in-1 design features a mitten and half-finger glove combination. This versatile setup provides protection against rain and cold while allowing quick access to full-finger dexterity when needed. Simply snap back the protective overmitt, and you're ready for tasks requiring fine motor skills.

We've incorporated our signature Heat Thread Technology, the same as our award-winning Heatrub Ultimate Baselayer. But we didn't stop there—these mittens also boast an advanced outer shell membrane with an impressive 10,000mm waterproof rating.

In perspective, these gloves can withstand 10,000mm of rainfall in a single day without letting moisture penetrate. They'll keep you dry through the heaviest downpours and snowstorms. The material is waterproof if it can withstand 5,000mm of water in 24 hours - our mittens double that standard.

The palm features Digital Goat Skin Nano Pods for a secure grip on fishing rods, landing nets, or hiking poles. We've also added finger loops for easy removal.

Combining extreme waterproofing with the same inner material as our Ultimate Baselayer - proven to be five times warmer than standard baselayers in temperatures as low as 14°F - these mittens are an essential piece of gear for fall and winter fishing and hiking adventures.

With a ruler, start at the index finger and measure the width of your hand at the knuckle area

To determine your glove size, measure (in inches) around your hand with a tape measure across your palm. You should use your dominant hand, the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed.

Glove Size Equivalents

Some manufacturers indicate glove sizes by number and others by letters for Small, Medium, Large, etc. We always indicate the size of a pair of gloves like the manufacturer. Use the table at the right to translate between "letter sizes" and "number sizes".
