Returning Goods to Zerofit Outlet Store

Please note that orders paid for with PayPal can be returned in store for a Gift Card to the value of the item(s) or exchanged for other item(s) available in store. Your goods will have arrived in an outer box please use this to return the parcel and not the inner box. We can only issue a full refund if the product (and packaging) is 100% suitable for resale!

Returning goods that came with a free gift

Any free goods that came with the item you wish to return for a refund should be returned if unused and in its original packaging.
