At ZEROFIT, we want you to be able to shop with confidence. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from our website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

What Happens Next?

So that you receive the replacement goods as soon as possible, we advise that you place another order online as soon as you are aware that you will have to return the original purchase. This will minimize delay rather than having to wait for the goods to reach us and then be processed. Should you choose to use this method you should request a full refund of your original order when you send it back. In the case that you do not wish to place another order and would like a full refund, let us know and we will do this as soon as we receive your order back.

Returning Goods to Zerofit Outlet Store

If you would prefer, you may also take the items you wish to return to our store where one of our members of staff will be happy to help. Please ensure that you bring your confirmation email, that you received after you placed your order, as your proof of purchase.

Please note that orders paid for with PayPal can be returned in store for a Gift Card to the value of the item(s) or exchanged for other item(s) available in store. If you would like to return the items that were paid for with PayPal for a full refund, you will need to return them using another method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund to your PayPal account if you return items to a store.

After this a collection will be set up on a day that suits you to return the items to us. * Please note we cannot arrange the time it will be collected (e.g. 11.00-12.00) only the day that it will be collected.

Your goods will have arrived in an outer box please use this to return the parcel and not the inner box. We can only issue a full refund if the product (and packaging) is 100% suitable for resale!

Returning goods that came with a free gift

Any free goods that came with the item you wish to return for a refund should be returned if unused and in its original packaging. If you have used the free gift, then it should be kept, and the value will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you. Free gifts cannot be returned on their own for their original value or exchanged for a gift voucher.

Designed using the same fabric and technologies found in the Cold Skin Baselayer, the new Cold Skin Leggings are three times cooler than a standard competitor product, enhancing comfort and enjoyment whether you’re commuting, racing, or adventuring during the hottest months of the year.

The fabric used to manufacture the Cold Skin Leggings underwent Q-max testing at the Kaken Test Centre in Japan, which analyzes the coolness of the material's surface. A higher Q-max value indicates a cooler fabric.

Currently, if the Q-max value of a product is 0.1 W/cm² or more, it is recognized as having ‘cool contact performance’. The Cold Skin Leggings recorded a value of 0.298 W/cm², whereas a standard competitor product typically scores below 0.1 W/cm², according to Japanese Industrial Standards.

Integral to this breakthrough development in the baselayer market is ‘Cold-to-Touch’ (CTT) Technology from Zerofit, which utilizes innovative fibers engineered to absorb heat and spread it over the surface of the legs.

This quickly delivers an efficient cooling sensation, which can help boost concentration in the hottest conditions. The thin and lightweight fabric disperses sweat rapidly, creating a quick-dry feeling without stress and irritation on the skin.

Like the Cold Skin Baselayer, the Leggings also use Polygiene StayFresh™ silver ion antibacterial treatment, which suppresses 99% of odor-causing bacteria and helps to eliminate sweat odor.
