After the successful launch of the short-sleeve version just three months ago, Zerofit now proudly introduces the highly anticipated long-sleeve option—offering even more coverage and comfort for those who ride in extreme conditions.

Zerofit’s very first motorcycling-specific baselayer was created alongside brand ambassador Glenn Irwin, the legendary NW200 rider and Bennetts BSB star. It’s designed to keep you cool on summer rides in temperatures up to 40°C.

While the short-sleeve version has been a big hit, the new long-sleeve option now offers added comfort and cooling performance for your arms during the hottest months of the year.

The new unisex IceMesh combines two advanced technologies—Cool Stamp Tech® on the front and arms, and Rhombus Mesh Design on the back—to keep bikers cool and sweat-free, explained lead designer Kenichi Mori.

“Cool Stamp Tech is a special printing process developed by Zerofit’s parent company, using two cooling methods based on menthol and xylitol.

“Our skin has nine types of temperature sensors called TRPs, which send signals to the brain when activated. The menthol in Cool Stamp Tech triggers these sensors, making your brain feel cooler than the actual temperature,” Mr Mori said.

In the IceMesh long-sleeve version, this cooling technology is now applied to both the arms and the front of the baselayer.

The new Rhombus Mesh Design on the back is specially engineered to focus on the areas where sweat tends to build up the most, keeping you fresh and comfortable.

The thin, lightweight fabric stretches just right, letting riders move freely without any restriction. Plus, the long-sleeve version makes it easy to slide into suits or jackets comfortably.
