Introducing the new IceSkin base layer and leggings for summer riding.

With summer just around the corner, staying cool and comfortable on the road becomes more important than ever. The popular Zerofit IceSkin Baselayer collection is expanding, giving motorcyclists even more options for their summer rides.

Alongside the existing short-sleeve and long-sleeve styles, riders can now choose the new IceSkin V-Neck Baselayers, available in both short-sleeve and long-sleeve designs. With more styles to choose from, it’s easier to find the right fit for your riding gear.

We’re also excited to introduce the new IceSkin Leggings, made using the same specialised cooling materials as the baselayers. Designed to help manage heat and moisture in temperatures up to 40°C, they’re a great addition to your summer riding kit.

Whether you're heading out for a weekend adventure or enjoying a longer ride in the summer sunshine, the expanded IceSkin collection is designed to help you stay cool, dry, and comfortable when the temperature rises.

What makes Zerofit’s IceSkin Baselayer feel cool against the skin? The answer lies in Cool Stamp Tech®, an innovative cooling treatment developed by Zerofit’s parent company in Japan.

As Mr Mori explains, Cool Stamp Tech® combines two cooling processes: menthol-based and xylitol-based treatments. Together, they are designed to create a refreshing cooling sensation when the fabric touches your skin.

The technology works with the body's natural temperature-sensing system. Human skin contains specialised receptors that respond to different temperature-related signals. The menthol-based treatment in Cool Stamp Tech® activates certain temperature-sensitive receptors, sending signals to the brain that create a cooling sensation.

This means the fabric can feel cooler against your skin than you might expect from the actual temperature alone.

Combined with the IceSkin Baselayer’s lightweight construction and breathable Rhombus Mesh Design, Cool Stamp Tech® helps make summer riding more comfortable when the heat builds up.

Staying cool and comfortable on a motorcycle can be a challenge, especially during summer rides and in the heat of competition. That’s why Zerofit developed the IceSkin Baselayer, designed to help riders manage heat and moisture when temperatures rise.

Zerofit’s designers in Japan combined two innovative technologies to make this possible.

Cool Stamp Tech® on the front provides a cool-to-the-touch sensation, while the Rhombus Mesh Design across the back helps improve airflow and manage moisture. Working together, these technologies help reduce that hot, sticky feeling, keeping you cooler, drier, and more comfortable on the road.

The benefits aren’t just for professional racers. Everyday motorcyclists can also enjoy the cooling-focused design of IceSkin, whether commuting to work, heading out on a weekend adventure, or embarking on a long-distance tour.

Wherever the road takes you this summer, Zerofit IceSkin is designed to help you ride in greater comfort, even when the temperature climbs.

The Zerofit IceSkin Baselayer is designed to help motorcyclists stay cooler and more comfortable when riding in hot weather. Its cooling performance has been evaluated through Q-max testing, where it recorded an impressive 0.358 W/cm². By comparison, a standard competitor baselayer would typically score below 0.1 W/cm², highlighting IceSkin’s strong cooling performance under the test conditions.

But cooling is only part of the story. The IceSkin also features an innovative Rhombus Mesh Design across the back, specifically developed to target areas where perspiration tends to build up during a ride.

Its unique mesh structure encourages airflow while helping absorb and disperse moisture from inside the garment. This helps reduce that uncomfortable, sticky feeling caused by sweat and can help prevent the chill that sometimes follows when moisture remains against the skin.

Zerofit IceSkin Leggings – Cooling Comfort Where You Need It Most

Designed for warm-weather riding, the Zerofit IceSkin Leggings ($80) bring the same innovative cooling technologies found in the IceSkin Baselayer to your lower body. Combining Cool Stamp Tech® with the unique Rhombus Mesh Design, they’re made to help you stay comfortable when temperatures rise.

Cool Stamp Tech® is applied across most of the leggings to provide a refreshing, cool-to-the-touch sensation. Meanwhile, the Rhombus Mesh Design is strategically positioned in three key sweat zones: the crotch, lower back, and behind the knees—areas where perspiration can build up during activity.

This targeted design helps improve airflow and manage moisture where you need it most, reducing that sticky, uncomfortable feeling that can develop during hot-weather rides.

Whether you're commuting, touring, or heading out for a summer adventure, the IceSkin Leggings offer cooling-focused comfort to complement your riding gear.

Pair them with the Zerofit IceSkin Baselayer for a comfortable, coordinated setup on your next summer ride.
