Introducing the Zerofit IceSkin Baselayer – Now Cooler in Long and Short Sleeves

Whether you're training hard, riding long, or just trying to stay cool on a scorching summer day, the new Zerofit IceMesh Baselayer is here to change the game.
Chosen by top athletes and designed for all kinds of adventures, IceMesh is our most advanced summer baselayer yet. Engineered with cutting-edge cooling technology, it keeps you feeling fresh and focused—even when the temperature climbs to 40°C (104°F).
If you're ready to upgrade your summer gear, IceMesh will totally transform the way you perform in the heat.
Zerofit has teamed up with legendary NW200 rider and Bennetts BSB star Glenn Irwin to develop its very first motorcycling-specific baselayer—designed to keep you cool and comfortable on even the hottest summer rides.
The short-sleeve version has already become a rider favorite, and now with the release of the long-sleeve option, your arms get the same cool-contact performance and added comfort—perfect for those long, sun-soaked rides.
The new unisex Zerofit IceSkin Baselayer is packed with cutting-edge tech to keep riders cool, dry, and comfortable—even during the hottest rides. It combines two key innovations: Cool Stamp Tech® on the front and arms, and a Rhombus Mesh Design on the back for enhanced breathability and sweat control.
Lead designer Kenichi Mori explains how Cool Stamp Tech® works:
“It’s a unique cooling print technology developed by Zerofit’s parent company, using a special blend of menthol- and xylitol-based ingredients.”
Here’s the science in simple terms:
Our skin has nine types of natural “temperature sensors” called TRPs. When the menthol-based agent in Cool Stamp Tech touches your skin, it activates these sensors, tricking the brain into feeling a pleasant cooling sensation—even if the temperature hasn’t actually dropped.
In the long-sleeve version of the IceSkin Baselayer, Zerofit has extended its innovative Cool Stamp Tech® to the arms—giving you full upper-body cooling where you need it most.
On the back, a newly developed Rhombus Mesh Design targets the area where sweat tends to build up. This unique structure allows air to flow freely while absorbing and releasing moisture fast—keeping you dry, cool, and free from that sticky, sweaty feeling, even on long rides.
Whether you prefer long sleeves for extra coverage or short sleeves for max airflow, Zerofit IceSkin is built to keep you comfortable all summer long.
